I primarily post on Toyhouse, and absolutely adore my ocs! I'll be crossposting my oc art on my mod blog I made, and anyone who has a th can dm me so we can be moots or something >>:3c

I typically plan stories out where I have the beginning and end solidly planned, and the middle is kinda up in the air ahahaha. I have plot points in the story that I want to hit, and I'm working on new situations to introduce to make the story interesting while making sure that I meet said plot points.

oh man, that's also a really good question! the last piece of media I engaged with outside of this fandom was Steven Universe. I think that since most of the characters I'm going to be using for this blog are anthro in nature it wouldn't be too difficult to translate them into gems. I think that their ranks would translate well, I haven't gotten many asks about Knight's ranking in the pack, tho I have alluded to something happening.
