wonwoo's head turns the moment he hears you sighing in frustration.
"what's wrong, my love?", he asks, walking around the room looking for his glasses, still shirtless after the shower he took.
you're sitting in front of his giant, state-of-the-art black computer, headphones placed on only one side of your head, covering just one ear.
"this stupid game! i've died again", you groan. "it's like, the seventh time already."
wonwoo laughs, finally getting his glasses from under a pillow on the couch - and mentally cursing himself for leaving it there - before walking up to you. he slides his glasses up his nose, reading the "YOU LOSE" words on the screen.
"um... your skills are rated as a B, so you might not be that bad. maybe you're just not defending yourself right."
"and how the hell do i do that?"
in a swift motion, wonwoo pushes your chair a bit, so he can stand behind you. one of his arms snakes around your left shoulder, while the other one slides down your right arm, holding the computer's mouse with you.
he clicks on the "REMATCH" button that is glowing blue on the screen, and the game starts loading again. as soon as your character appears, wonwoo clears his throat.
"alright, so what you gotta do is make sure you're always next to something that can hide you", he clicks a bit, covering your hand with his. "you see that big barrel over there? that's your best friend."
you - him - makes the character walk over to the barrel, hiding as a few shots start to ring on your headphones. the other players are already shooting each other.
"how do i know when to shoot too then?"
"you feel it", wonwoo smiles, turning his head a bit to look at you, which makes his breath hit your cheek.
on your own, without his help, you peek from behind the barrel, seeing two other characters unprotected. you hit both of them, hiding again and then running to some other place.
"your aim is really good."
someone runs after you, and wonwoo is quick to take control over the keyboard (and over your hands), teaching you how to duck behind a car.
"you did right, leaving the last place so they wouldn't find you after you killed those guys. but remember to be quicker than them."
you nod, feeling the way wonwoo's fingers move over yours as he helps you, trying to remember everything he's clicking and how, when, why.
soon enough, your character is clear again, and wonwoo takes a step back, his warmth no longer embracing you.
"thank you, baby", you say again.
"we might have to get a computer set for you. we can place it right next to this one, he mentions to his set, where you're sitting.
wonwoo looks around his game room. a white computer set isn't exactly going to match the decoration, but what else can he say besides-
"yeah, of course. anything for you, love."
a/n: i'm sorry if there's any typos here, it's been a while. all it took was ONE wonwoo tiktok edit to make me write this. he will always be my muse, won't he?
