Not a Princess: A Descendants Imagine (Slight Jay X Reader)

“Benjamin!” You shouted, having absolutely no idea where your best friend was.

You huffed out an annoyed sigh, your blond hair, like your mothers, lifting slightly off your face.

You stomped downstairs, uttering curses under your breath, and causing yourself to glow a bit red.

“(Y/N),” a voice chuckled behind you and you flew up into the air in fear. The voice erupted into laughter and you slowly lowered yourself to the ground.

“What have I told you!” You shouted but clapped a hand over your mouth as the only sound that came out was like bells. This caused Ben to laugh louder and you glowed a bright red.

“Alright, alright,” Ben conceded, holding his hands up in surrender. “I was just showing our new students around.”

Your jaw dropped and you glared at Ben, smoothing out your hair and your light green dress as you noticed the 4 newcomers.

“This is (Y/N), daughter of Tinkerbell,” Ben introduced you and you nodded.

“I- uh- nice to meet you!” You chuckled nervously and your voice returned to normal.

“Hi, I’m Evie,” the girl with dark blue hair introduced herself, obviously the evil queens daughter. “This is Mal,” She pointed to Malificent’s daughter with violet hair. “Carlos,” she pointed to the smaller boy, Cruella d'evil’s son. “And this is-”

“I’m Jay,” the other boy stood up from leaning on the wall and smiled at you. You struggled not to stare. Good-looking was an understatement.

You shook your head. Pull yourself together girl! He was a VK.

You inched closer to Ben, looking small next to him.

“You should have warned me!” You hissed between your teeth. Ben let out a laugh and you rolled your eyes.

“Where were you anyways? I sent Audrey to go get you!” Ben sighed and you blushed a bright pink.

“I…”

“You weren’t terrorizing Chad again were you?” Ben shook his head and you offered a shy smile.

“You really shouldn’t do that you know, you wonder why your not a princess.” Audrey chided and you let out an exasperated sigh.

“Well I’m so sorry your highness! Since I’m not a Princess, I’ll just go and join the other maids then, right? Where my kind belong? Hmm. I’ll go and fly away to Neverland? Trust me, the lost boys are a whole lotta more fun than you and your rules!” The last part escalated to bells again and you had a bright red glow.

Audrey look mortified and Ben just looked a bit sad.

“(Y/N)!” Andy, Anna and Kristoff’s son, called and motioned for you to come over.

You let out a relieved sigh and hurried over to him, dwarfed in comparison next to his tall frame.

“Woah,” Jay breathed as he watched you go.

“Dude stop drooling,” Carlos elbowed him in the chest.

“You sure she’s not a villain?” Mal smirked at Ben and he laughed.

“No, she’s really soft deep down, she just has a mouth on her.” Ben smiled. “But if you ask Chad Charming- he’d tell you otherwise.”

Jay stared at the doorway you’d disappeared from. He just had to get to know you better.

“My son will be teaching us how to fight against these Newborns, as he and his sister have experience dealing with them.” Carlisle explained to the wolves. Edward spoke before Jasper could get a word out. “They want to know who Y/N is. They’ve never seen her before.” He translated for the wolves.

Imagine:  Cuddling With Seth Because, It’s Cold Outside.

Your attention remained thoroughly engrossed upon the dark desolate wintry wonderland beyond your bedroom window. Your hot breath puffed and glided across the glass, forming condensation that furthermore blurred out the fringe of trees within your backyard: All trickled into a smudged dark silhouette; a world of black and white.

Bleak and empty.

Despite the abundant warmth within your home, your teeth snapped together several times, inventing it’s own juddering language that indicated that you were a trembling icicle.

“Still cold?” warm breath fans upon your ear, startling you, goose bumps springing to the surface of your skin, to which you shuddered sensually. Seth’s rhetorical question obviously needed no answer as he scooped you up into his strong arms, loping languidly and nonchalantly towards your bed, to which he flopped the two of you onto it.

You practically melted into his balmy and sunny embrace, your quivering increasing for that of a moment before your body began to relax within the tranquility of Seth’s aura. “You’re so w-warm.” you shake softly into him, face nuzzling adorably into his collar bone.

“Well hasn’t that always been obvious?” a chortle sauntered from his lips whilst his fingers aimlessly and comfortingly wandered through your soft luscious hair.

“Yes, but I seem to appreciate it more when there’s practically a blizzard out there than to when it’s basically as hot as a desert.” you wittily respond, a meek smile upon your complexion as sleep begins to tug your eyelids closed.

“You seem to appreciate it in other ways, too.” Seth winked.

“Shut up!” your mouth gapes, hand swatting his strong chest playfully whilst your eyes snap open.

Seth’s chest rumbled in merriment as he pulled you closer into his embrace, his face nuzzling into the crook of your neck, breathing in your delicious scent. “I love you.”

“I love you too.” you grinned out.

I drive as fast as I can down to Seth’s house and see Jake waiting outside. “I take it he’s still out cold” I ask.

“Yeah” he tells me. “I kinda understand why he fainted though, your imprint accepting you. It’s a big deal.” he continues.

“Hey Seth” I say as I see him waking up. He looks shocked as he sees me.

“What are you doing here” he asks confused.

“Do you seriously forget our texts before you fainted.

“Oh that” he says remembering.

“Well Jake texted me saying that you fainted, so I came over to make sure you’re ok” I tell him.

“So you like me back” he asks.

“Yeah I do. Don’t faint again please” I say.

“I won’t” he says and just stares out in space.

“Seth, you ok” I ask waving my hand in front of his face. He snaps out suddenly. 

“Never better, the girl I like, likes me back. My imprint accepted me!” he says excitedly. I just smile and kiss his cheek, which makes him freeze up again.

“Give him awhile, let it sink in” Jake tells me.

“Yeah, I guess. I should get home now. So bye” I say and leave to get into my car.

“Where’d Y/N go” Seth asks suddenly not seeing the girl next to him anymore.

“She left, I told her to let it sink in for you first.” Jake tells Seth.

“Yeah I guess you’re right. It’s just really exciting”

You ended up spending hours with Seth over at his house though you were slightly confused about what being ‘imprinted’ on meant after you hear Leah say it to Seth. Feeling slightly embarrassed, you asked Seth who was sipping on his water.

He gave a surprised sounding gargle before beginning to cough loudly, with a startled look on his face.

‘What? When did you hear that?'he asked as he gave a few more coughs but this time, they were a lot quieter.

'Well, Leah did shout it but I guess Leah speaking normally is still classed as shouting,’ you grinned as you nudged him playfully on the shoulder. The immediate blush that coated his cheek surprised you, the Seth you had known had seemed more at ease with girls but now he was stumbling over his words, and over the carpet but you found it endearing.

A vibrating feeling interrupted your thoughts and you realised that it was your phone. You took it out of your trouser pocket and saw that your dad had texted you to ask where you were and that it was time for dinner.

With a smile, you said, “I’ve got to go now, Seth, dinner’s ready. But it was lovely seeing you again.” You paused for a few seconds as you got up and pushed your phone back into your pocket.

Seth reached out to shake your hand while you widened your arms for a hug which sent the pair of you into a fit of giggles. “The pack are going to tease me so much about this,” muttered Seth before realising that you’d heard, “T-that’s what I call my friends, the pack.” He smiled as he ran his fingers through his hair.

“You don’t have to tell them,” you smiled as you pulled him into a hug. His arms were a lot firmer than you’d thought they would be; you wondered if he’d started to work out now.

As you pulled back, you gave him another grin. “Seth,” you began, biting your lip, “Could we maybe meet again sometime? It’s fi-”

“I’d love that,” he interrupted before running to the kitchen while shouting, “Wait a minute.” Soon, he returned with a small slip of paper in his hand which he offered to you.

“Thanks,” you said as you slipped it into your pocket, “But I could have just given you my phone.”

The teasing smile on your face made Seth nudge you. "But it’s more romantic this way,“ he said as he gave you a small peck on the cheek when the pair of you arrived at the front door.
