First row is insulating clothes, which developed a lot on Erid during the Blip-A Mission. The goal is for heavy insulation but flexible enough for mobility along the vents and joints

Second Row is actually casual retirement garments, usually reserved for respected elders and the retired. The sleeves were intentionally made to impede working.
