Β | Β did you see seraphine knox this morning on main street? i heard they were heading towards the protests. theyβve been in ballard for their whole lifeΒ and last time i spoke to them, they were an employee at stacks of wax. if i remember correctly, theyβre a cancer and they remind me of loosely tied ponytails, two am pillow forts, and old film cameras. probably because theyβre creative and naive. sheβs of ballardβs homegrown, born and raised in the small town alongside her twin brother, sterling, whom she is close with.Β
sheβs from a relatively middle class family, one of which were pretty academically focused to the point where her & her brother were taught outside of their usual public schooling. despite sera not always agreeing with their constant curriculum, theyβre still close.
sera currently majors in photography, but can be seen juggling a numerous amount of things seeing as her passions change just about every other week, though her love for photography has remained rather constant. another interest of her being film.
despite enjoying the idea of love, the thought of being in love is one that makes her anxious with uncertainty. sheβs guarded with her feelings & heartbreak isnβt something she handles too well.
she didnβt come out as bisexual until she was about 16 & realized sheβd developed a crush on one of her close friends. afraid that it would be unrequited, she never admitted it outright. though now she is out & proud because!! girls pretty!!
she often dreams that one day sheβll end up in a big city like new york or something, but with her brother in ballard & her general nerves about going from a small town to that big of a city, she hasnβt quite worked up the nerve.
sera is the type of reserved that isnβt necessarily shy, just often keeps to themselves. kind of like an introverted extrovert if that makes sense?? sheβs friendly but doesnβt often put herself in situation where she believes she doesnβt belong.
she can naive, mostly due to her being all too trusting and wanting to see the best in people. as expected, this has lead to a fair amount of disappointment throughout her lifetime. though that hasnβt dimmed any bit of her warm personality, sheβs just learned to be cautious before putting your trust into someone elseβs hands, people arenβt always who they appear to be.
she lives her life almost as though sheβs in some cheesy coming of age movie ( with the a rad soundtrack of course ). some mix between 10 things i hate about you and ladybird.
childhood friends: sheβs lived in ballard all her life, so sheβs likely to have some old friends.... maybe even a best friend or the girl sheβd had an unspoken crush on at sixteen??
coworkers: sheβs a clerk at stacks of wax & is probably one of those overachiever coworkers. what can i say? she likes her job
