🥐 Rookie Moves by peu_a_peu + the podfic by @sweatersinthesummer

This is my absolute #1 favourite drarry fic of all time. It’s perfect. It’s everything to me. The characterisation is spot on and the dialogue is SO funny. I am currently relistening to the podfic for about the 7th time.

🔮 The Superfluous Man also by peu_a_peu with a podfic by SITS

I will read anything and everything Peu writes. This fic is also a top favourite; it’s so funny, and also touching. Draco and Luna’s interactions are incredible. ‘Coriander Scamander’ lmfao. And Harry crying over the map – be still my heart!!!

🩺 Heal Thyself by @astolat with a podfic by @lazulus

A classic, and a nostalgic pick. Astolat is quite heavily to blame for me falling down the Drarry hole in the last two years, because I was reading her Merlin fics at the time and thought ‘oh, I’ll just have a look at these, even though I don’t ship it’ (LOUD CLOWN NOISES). I love healer!Draco.

This fic also features Draco as a medical specialist, helping Harry to recover his memories. Another classic. Love how horny Harry gets over Malfoy, lmao.

This is a recent one and GOD IT’S GOOD. Love the characterisation, the interactions Harry has with Pansy, Draco’s misunderstanding about their dynamic, all of it. So funny. So good.

Another mpreg fic?!? Look, I know, I know. I never even liked this trope until I got into Drarry, lmao. Anyway. I discovered this fic through the podfic, which is so well done like all of Sweater’s works. I just love the angsty pining and mutual stupidity in this so much. Draco is really going through it.

Also, “Seven Steps” by the same author, and, if I may do a hint of self promotion… my sibling Moon and I have made a podfic for it! We’re 12 chapters deep so far and here it is if that’s your sort of thing :)

I have to re-record all of TAOB chapter 5 due to fucking audio issues! I’ll be finished with it in like 2 days x

The Art of Burning [PODFIC]

Zuko had never excelled at anything. Azula was a prodigy. Uncle always knew what to say. And Father... Father was strong, iron-like. But Zuko had only ever been good at surviving. Putting one foot in front of the other in a grim show of stubborn determination, gritting his teeth and bearing it. Survival was all he had ever been taught. He knew how to do it. So when he was kidnapped by the Southern Water Tribe, he expected to fight as he always had. He didn’t expect to be taught instead how to live.

In a warring land, the Water Tribe forgave the enemy in an act of defiance. For this, he was torn from them, and this time, his wounds won't heal so easily.

Forced back into nothing but survival, the last person Zuko expected to see was Hakoda's son. Hakoda was a promise of safety. The relentless blue of Sokka’s eyes was a promise of happiness. Zuko could have both if he just reached out his hands, but he found them clutching into fists. After all, he’d been burned one too many times.

But hey, at least between Hakoda and Sokka, Zuko could appreciate the family resemblance of pure, asinine stubbornness.
