* My favorite mega to use has been special attacking Mega Dragonite - it isn’t nerfed by intimidate; its draco meteor hits like a truck; once it takes the stat drop from draco I can still bust out extremespeed to pick something off

* I also love pairing Mega Dragonite with Alolan Nintetales for aurora veil + blizzard spam shenanigans, super fun

* The unexpected carry on my team has been Basculegion. It keeps surviving hits I thought would take it out, and it managed to OHKO a mega charizard in sun. Last Respects also hits like a truck

* Sadly I have come to love Incineroar. I can’t help it. Incineroar might be the perfect Pokemon. That thing was probably my LEAST favorite design of all time and now I literally look upon it so fondly.

* Incineroar is my buddy now. That’s my pal. He tanks big hits and he goes down swinging. He’s the heart of the team okay

* Insert that “never thought I would die fighting side by side with an elf/what about side by side with a friend?” meme. It’s me and incineroar now.

* Garchomp continues to underwhelm me. I feel like it never hits as hard as it seems like it should, and it goes down way too easily

* Delphox is coming in clutch a lot more than I expected. Need to find a partner that goes well with her and can hit dark types harder. Probably Sneasler??

* Tried Clefable for a bit but so far it’s never felt like the right call into any matchups
