hey i’ll try to keep this short! i’m a disabled trans man who’s moving from CA to MD next week so that i can be in an environment that’s better for both my mental and physical health

i have enough money to get there but i’ll have almost nothing left over once i get there and, while my friend is prepared to help me as much as he can, i need to be able to ensure that at the very least i can afford to buy my medications and pay for my car insurance on my own. (i’m also aiming to purchase an inexpensive wheelchair but meds and bills come first obviously)

i wouldnt be having to worry nearly as much except that in the past few months ive had to use some of the money that i had originally set aside for my move on my medical bills instead because my hours at work got cut so i had less money coming in

anyway all that to say: while i do have enough money to get there safe, i just want to make sure i’ll have what i need financially until i get settled. if you’re able to help or spread this i’d appreciate it !

  My boyfriend and I started a gofundme so that we can move in together. For about a month, my boyfriend has been stuck in a very toxic environment in his home that directly prevents him from being able to get a job. I work a minimum wage job currently and am trans, chronically ill and mentally ill which makes it very hard to work more than 20 hours a week (my job only lets me work 28 hours to start with). My boyfriend is intersex and also mentally ill and wont be able to go on any type of hormones or medicine until he gets out of his current living situation.
