Something I want to say to all of you is know your worth. Know when you need to leave. People will absolutely keep you around for the benefits and comfort that come from you but that doesn’t mean they love or want you, to choose you. Please please please keep your eye out for narcissists and abusers. They don’t care about you and will never ever change for you no matter how long you wait or try to help them heal. Find the self love you’ve always needed and to know when enough is enough and walk away.

Love that I need to be up at 6AM and here I lay, 12AM, trying to have me time because I got home late. Even though I’m tired as SHIT

I feel bad because I had messages waiting in my inbox but I just didn’t have a chance to actually get on here properly to read them because I’ve been so busy with work and just personal struggles lately. I feel so overwhelmed all the time and it really sucks 🫠
