okay actually i have decided! this is the card that represents 2 of the major arcana, therefore making the dcst deck of 21 cards match w/ the 22 of the original tarot.

stanley represents the hanged man. some of the (many) symbolic meanings are sacrifice, acceptance, surrender, and new perspective. in a sense it can both be for the end of cour 2 and his position in cour 3 (including the stone-for-five-years along w/ his current role)

xeno represents the emperor. the rocket in one hand can represent both the emperor's scepter (the right to rule - literal rocket scientist) and the orb (the kingdom he watches over - KoS). the mountains in the back represent the emperor's ambition, leadership, and obstacles he's overcome. extra: the reversed emperor represents tyranny, lack of control, insecurity, feeling powerless (a bunch of traits that match xeno pre-petrification up to the end of cour 2). one specific action a reversed emperor card dictates is to seek collaboration. i think that one speaks for itself ;)
