OKAY BUT padmé was put into cryosleep on hoth , assuring that even if something were to go wrong with the technology , the natural cold of the planet would continue to facilitate her stasis -- and it’s there that she’s left until a certain ragtag team of rebels find their base there ........ awakening padmé with no knowledge of who she is ( bonus points if maybe obi-wan’s force ghost reached out to luke being like oh shit i forgot there’s this person only i know about asleep on hoth be a mensch and wake her for me thank )
