     Born Aaron Livingston, Son Little is no stranger to the music industry. As a seasoned veteran from his grass-roots work within the industry, Little is known for lending his voice & guitar licks to the musical collective of The Mighty Roots Crew's albums "The Tipping Point" & "Undun". 

     Hailing from the soulfully rich musical heaven of Philadelphia, he was leader of the band "The Mean".  He's also worked most recently with the highly experimental rapper Khrohn aka RJD2 from Columbus, Ohio where they collaborated on the IceBird album. Now, stepping into the forefront out from the smokey shadows of the band, Little has been compared to the likes of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye & Leon Ware to name a few.  

     Last year on November 11th, 2013 he first appeared on youtube with a visual via indie rock label Anti-records for a gut wrenching song entitled "Cross My Heart".  The video focuses on him & his guitar with extended slow motion clips of him smoking a cigarette.  The mood on this record is deep to say the least.  Describing an irresistible love like a fire which draws him in only to have him inevitably impload on contact.  The approach is to lock in on the lyrics of the song rather than an elaborate visual.  Strumming his guitar effortlessly the story could almost be told without the lyrics of the artists struggle with love with a significant other. 

     On March 25th, 20014 he released via youtube a new visual for a song entitled "Your Love Will Blow Me Away When My Heart Aches" through the Anti-records label imprint.  The song is a raspy, dark & heart wrenching ode to his love that he can never grasp.  His delivery is true and honest & he puts a finger print on the murder weapon which is love in this very mellow guitar-riff-filled neo-blues-type song.  Needless to say this is not for the week-hearted. 

New to the internet under his new moniker, Son Little, on the Anti-records website he is described as "a box of bonbons filled with barbed wire".  There is not too much other information that can be found about him & we are eagerly awaiting the next drop from this artist & with the bubbling of his recent youtube posts we are expecting a lot to come in the future.  Look for his debut project Anti-Singing
