Ever heard of soulmates? That's what it felt when met with brief eye contact. The flush of her skin, her eyes widening... Time froze when she stared straight at him, an odd sensation drowning her. Actually, not odd, a very familiar sensation. It was goddamn rage. "Hey ya tall fuckin' freak, that's the last fuckin' donut! Fuck off!"
Unfortunately, it would have been a lie to say the sentiment was reciprocated. Ivan paused mid-donut pick-up and squinted at the girl beside him. The feelings he was currently experiencing consisted of confusion, irritation and mild intrigue as to how in the world someone so small (relative to him, at least) could take up so much space, but soulmates might have been pushing it– unless, of course, you counted a strong and sudden premonition of impending doom.
“Excuse me?”
whitebircl:
UGH!
She was not going to give up so easily but what can she do? She’s not going to cause a scene, not yet… Really at this point it wasn’t even about the donut anymore, she can get her roommates to get her donuts another day! It’s just.. how can this dumb Russian be so cold?
Russians are not human, at all!
“Oh fuck you too then. Enjoy your damn donut, comrade.” Last word said in a very horrible Russian accent. Oh she’s going to wait for him to pay for it. Then she’ll pull some shit.
Americans didn’t seem to be either, at least, in Ivan’s opinion. After all, it was almost miraculous how obnoxious one person could be. Ivan turned on tail, speaking only briefly as he strolled off towards the cashier.
“Have a wonderful day, Miss! I will make sure to enjoy it.”
