never forget you are in control of your voluntary movement. you are the one buying the food, opening the packages stuffing it in your face and staying lazily in bed. you could perfectly be the one walking around, not buying stuff you don't trust yourself with, avoiding your trigger foods, not stuffing your face and working. it really is your choice.

I think I'm gonna start keeping track of my "ana savings" by writing down the price and calories of all the foods I'm craving but not buying/eating. Hoping it'll be motivating to see how much I'm actually gaining from my efforts.

my ex said he's not gonna take care of me this time. i feel like im so toxic because i want to keep going until he has to stop me. until he begs me not to kill myself and to please eat something. he didn't even see me last time and i managed to drop down to 43kg so this time imma beat myself :)

by far the absolute worst symptom of anorexia is loss of bladder control wtf this is so disgusting why cant i have normal symptoms, fr i would so much rather have hairloss than turning into an effing toddler again whats wrong with my body???

I'm I the only ana for whom it's actually easier to lose weight on my period? Like it's still hella invalidating so I hope I never get it again but still, when I fast on my period the weight just flies off lol breaks a plateau every time
