ज़रा सोचो, वो शख़्स किस हद तक अमन चाहता है...

He makes no mistake, yet accepts the fault,

And I speak a lot, but not lies.

Yet people are not offended by what I say, because

I don't tell truth to those who don't want it.

दिल की सारी बातें ज़ुबां से नहीं कहता,

मैं कहता तो बहुत कुछ हूं, बस झूठ नहीं कहता।

लोग इसलिए भी मुझसे ख़फा नहीं होते,

चलो एक तोहफा इनायत करते हैं।

तुम हमसे बात करने की कोशिश मत करना,

हम तुम्हें भुलाने की रवायत शुरू करते हैं।।

Life is all about making choices all the times- everyday, every hour, every minute of the day. And then there are times when we are badly exhausted- incapable and unwilling to make a decision.

All we need is, in those moments of indecisiveness, a person- family, friend or well-wisher, who could choose a path for us, with same sincerity as he/ she would have chosen for himself/ herself under similar circumstances. And we could simply rely on him/ her with closed eyes.
