Today is a day of change. Regardless of your political opinion/affiliation (I was neither a H or T supporter and did not vote for either of them to satisfy my conscience), if you have any love for the world we occupy, please do your part. Do your part to use less, waste less, enjoy the outdoors more, keep it clean, be respectful, and speak out in your area and state to keep these sacred and beautiful lands safe and cared for, for our future generations. Every little action has a reaction and can make a positive impact on the world we live in. Our new President hasn’t made it completely clear what he plans to do with funding for public lands and a host of other environmental agencies, but it will most likely be different than his predecessor. With respect, reach out to the people in our government to encourage them to fight for our planet. It is the only home we have and it is an incredible gift from our God. Any Christian should be willing to fight for one of the largest proofs of God’s existence. We are commanded to be good stewards and quite frankly we have fallen so short….choose to be better. Choose to serve him through protecting and caring for his Creation. Do not be so selfish as to think it is not your problem or your job. God bless our president, our country, and our planet, and our homes.
