They immediately talked about the crazy differences in deployment in the cool down room after the race. And honestly he's right. If he hadn't held his line and with Charles being so much faster all of a sudden than anyone else in the opening lap, it's just unsafe, if people aren't mindful. It was insane to see in the replay when they showed it on the broadcast. It's the same differences in deployment that have already caused a massive crash this season (between Ollie and Franco). And I know they're professionals and big speed deltas might just be a thing in this generation of cars that have to be adapted to, but yeah. That's how I interpreted his words anyway. Just because I see so many people on both sides interpreting it either as a huge compliment & as another proof of Max racing differently against Charles (like we need any more proof of that) or on the other side people who are already upset with Charles for stupid reasons take it as Max being critical of Charles and his overtaking skills which is just silly. So this is just my two cents.

Fuck the haters. He didn't get a penalty, cause he didn't deserve one, and if people don't like it take it to the fia 🤷🏻‍♀️
