Can we talk about how Splendid would unironically destroy Homelander in a fight. He was able to fly tens of times faster than the speed of light and reverse time by flying around the earth and reversing its rotation. He was able to tank having the literal moon thrown on him by Splendont. His FART itself can cause mass devastation, and engulf the entire planet with poison. The only thing Homelander has against him is that he's more experienced with combat and way more smarter than Splendid, however that won't really help so much if he can't even see Splendid during combat, due to his incredibly high speed. So in conclusion, Splendid wins.
