βͺDay 13 of #Squatober. Interesting sets & reps scheme today. I was over on my velocities on all of my first 6 sets, so I bumped up to 300 for my 85% sets and was still at 75-80% speed on all but the last rep. ππΌβ¬ 8x200m on the track was better today too! (at Farmington Strength & Conditioning)
#Squatober Day 6 makes 6 straight days of back squat. Used the GymAware and actually bumped up my last set at 70% to 225 because my velocity was high and I still hit .74 m/s. I think I need to bump my max up for next week. βοΈ

Crazy seesaw workout today for #Squatober - 7 weight changes, up & down, in 8 sets. Totally different from anything Iβve done before, but I liked it.
