Rubix is the close-quarters combat specialist of the Vert Corps and the most agile and lightweight member of the squad.

Prior to her integration into the dark purple-red AC KALEIDOSCOPE, she was among the most perceptive and quick-thinking pilots under Bigacorp, serving as the 3rd Azure Division group leader. Never one to be blindsided, she never engaged in direct combat without carefully analyzing her approach from an advantageous vantage point. Her integration came about due to would-be fatal injuries sustained when a former mentor and ally betrayed her; the go-ahead was given by Bigacorp leadership to attempt the experimental integration procedure in an effort to preserve her consciousness, the first success of its kind. What is left of Rubix herself appears at worst indifferent to the outcome, if not relishing being the machine itself - as she consented to the procedure prior if it were ever to be needed.

Her characteristic combat style involves somehow appearing directly beside the enemy from the shadows, unleashing a deadly barrage of marauding, lightning-fast combo slashes with her twin laser blades that seemingly materialize from everywhere at once. KALEIDOSCOPE can additionally transform into a jet-like form to execute an Assault Boost, utilizing a barrel-roll-like spinning attack that drills into the target at Mach 0.8 and which tends to chain into multiple “drill runs.” While lighter in sustained ranged engagement options, a peppering of pulse missiles and a guided Ision laser nonetheless cover this front.
