Howdy! Heres some doodles I have been doing during lunch today

I was always a big fan of cloaks and beaks. My posing got better ♡

Really enjoyed the coloring of Dora. These spectral shades just feel pretty.

Hades 2 was such a fun ride. I almost have all of the fates completed c:

Some doodles I was doing over the hour while I watched Fallout videos.

I think it's interesting how long art can take. For instance this to get a rough draft has taken me 2 hours and I'm content.

1. I learned to take subjects in one at a time if possible. For these fingers I was having a hard time deciding placement and what I liked. I learned to think of the image and what I want to convey. Realism is great but its a giant circle with fingers. It should look crazy

2. Don't stop and just keep painting. There is an undo and layers for a reason. If you dont like something, remove it. This is where a lot of my time was taken because I learned what I would like or what the image looked like after a bit.

3. Doing new art takes time. The more you keep trying to improve subjects the better you'll get

Overall, im happy this has taken me some time. Its proof im slowly learning. Now I need to just stay firm with my decisions, and be confident in placement.

Been following this YouTube tutorialist. Really calming stuff!
