   âToo cold.â
A huff escaped the male as he walked through the streets of the city. Not very often he came down to walk among the humans. He snapped his fingers, a fluffy coat appearing on his shoulders. To most it would seem odd to see someone wearing a coat when others seemed so hot, but this earthâs atmosphere was always too cold for him. Summer, winter, spring, fall. It was always far too cold.
Gretchen had been walking through alleyways, taking time to clear her head. She was in a bad mood, having gotten into an argument with one of her posse members over her excessive usage of her explosives.
In her grumbling, Gretchen failed to notice where she was going as she left the alley and accidentally bumped into the stranger.
Sputtering a mishmash of German and English, the woman stepped back with a grouchy expression on her face.
âYou should really watch where youâre going, kid. If I was anyone else you might not get niceties.â
Hestian stuffed his hands in his jacket pockets and looked down at the other. He recognized her, at least, he thought he did. Humans he took favor to kind of blended together when he was actually meeting them. He had to admit, that was the only bad thing about living for most of eternity.
    âYou okay there?â
