I created these two album cover for my 2 songs which are entitled—subservient (left) and sweater (right).
Subservient is all about being "subservient" to someone you loved but it turns out it only consumes you as a whole. It's like giving your all and power and happiness but you are being encapsulated by his ego and darkness and you forgot to spare some lights for yourself. Every verse of this song is a reference to every guy that I met in 2019 and 2020. But the overall thought of this song is more on Sean (which I met 2019) rather than Ian (Mr Medtech), MJ (Mr Dasmarinas), Jason (Mr ACT). I think this would be the saddest, relatable lyrics I've ever wrote.
The second song is all about Enrile (my bff). This song talks about how me and Enrile being captured by the paparazzi (which is the society) and they talk shit or rumors on us but we're just laughing about it and leaving them guess a word. But tbh, I have a feelings for Enrile but for now I would set aside that feeling and focus more on what would help us both grow together which is building more memories, and how would we make our friendship resilient.
It's an upbeat song. And when you hear this song, you would be dancing and that whimsy feeling would enter your entire body. Btw, that sweater is from Enrile and that was captured using my phone when we went to Tamiya and had a lunch at the Jollibee.
I guess, I'm gonna add the 3rd song which is entitled Sepulchre but I haven't done the melody and the album cover yet. But I guess I would be able to finish it this week.
