Lets talk about how hard it is to understand your own self and how scary it is to feel like the whole world is falling on your shoulders and you have no idea why .

it’s like everyone else has found their place and their friends and they all have lives but all i can do is sit in my room and sleep. it’s like i’m losing my youth to my own mind.

just think about how grateful your future self will be if you keep going. how glad you will be for having worked so hard. it will all be worth it.

Don’t be afraid to be “too much.” Call me 5 times a day because you wanna hear my voice or something came up and you wanna tell me immediately. Text me 12 times in a row when I don’t answer fast enough. Leave me cute texts when you can’t sleep. Hold my hand. Everywhere. Sit really close to me on the couch. Keep your hand on my thigh.
