Valentine's Day ready 🥰

There’s a lot of us that put each other and ourselves down, and it’s difficult because sometimes it’s really hard to see the positive side of things when that bad feeling just wont go away, whether we are talking about a certain mental illness or even just something that is happening in our life right now. But, I speak from experience that it does get better, a lot better. 

As most of you would already know by my name and my profile I have a few different mental health illnesses and yes they bring me down quiet a lot but I am starting to learn that there is so much more to it then just the negative things.

I know right now you may be feeling hopeless and sure that may be valid based on whats going on right now but I can promise you this is just a stepping stone and challenge that will get you to where you wanna be. Imagine it as a test to see your strength and how you will handle such situations in life that will bring you closer to who you are.

I’m not saying you aren’t strong, I’m telling you that you are strong enough to fight through this feeling and make it out where skies will be more blue and brighter, the sun will rise and clouds will disappear and you will see that this was just to test your strength and ability for the good things that are coming your way.
