i have this unrealistic fantasy in my head where if you calmly and logically explain something to someone perfectly they will understand your position and gain knowledge from the exchange. unfortunately in the real world this does not happen often

you don't know regret till it's been 13 years since you made a little impulsive decision to have your first tattoo done on your wrist and you decided to symbolise your childhood and the memory of what helped you through your childhood trauma and you're now stuck with a harry potter tattoo which is directly linked to the vilest most transphobic person who viciously takes pride in wanting to rid trans people of their fundamental rights and you feel sick looking at it permanently on your skin 

Can’t wait for, like, 2025 when we look back on the 2018/2019 era and say “hey, remember when we were all really freaking depressed? That was a crazy time! Glad we aren’t like that anymore”

be cringe about your interests!! be embarrassing about the things that matter to you!! be unashamedly annoying with regards to the things that make your world go round!! the world is a better place because of it!!

i love how we pick up habits and phrases and songs from people we love and it sticks with us for so long it becomes a piece of us making us a museum of all the people we've ever loved
