You should @ “changes”, not staff in your post. They only pay attention to the feedback the changes account gets.

I want to clarify for everyone following this that I have already updated the original post to @changes, and I have taken several additional steps to ensure this feedback reaches the right eyes. I shared a summary of my analysis directly as a reply to their announcement post, and I have submitted formal documentation through their support ticket system.
We need to be hitting them from every available angle: publicly on the Changes blog, privately through support, and collectively across our own dashboards.
To make this as easy as possible for everyone to join in, I have compiled all the relevant resources and my detailed breakdowns of why this update is a failure for both creators and those with accessibility needs.

Sustaining the Pressure
The most important thing to remember is that platform changes like this are often a war of attrition. Staff counts on the initial "outrage" dying down after a few days so they can proceed with their rollout. We cannot let that happen.
We need to continue putting pressure on Tumblr by sending in Feedback Tickets and consistently posting or reblogging our concerns for weeks and months to come. If this system is making the site physically painful for you to use, or if you find your work being cannibalized by larger blogs, report it every single time it happens.
