.original work, JRPG fanart
Hi! I'm a creator who's trying to get back into drawing and gamedev after some years :)
Hello! I’m a Czech artist-gamedev.
I enjoy sci fi, the metaphysical, vintage looking, dreamy colors and the prospect of creating something new and exciting.
I focus on original game projects and JRPG & indie fanart.
You can find me on other socials by handle @sceyart (currently active on Tumblr, IG and Itch + hopefully Cara soon).

You should @ “changes”, not staff in your post. They only pay attention to the feedback the changes account gets.
Thank you for the advice. I want to clarify for everyone following this that I have already updated the original post to @changes, and I have taken several additional steps to ensure this feedback reaches the right eyes. I shared a summary of my analysis directly as a reply to their announcement post, and I have submitted formal documentation through their support ticket system.
We need to be hitting them from every available angle: publicly on the Changes blog, privately through support, and collectively across our own dashboards.
To make this as easy as possible for everyone to join in, I have compiled all the relevant resources and my detailed breakdowns of why this update is a failure for both creators and those with accessibility needs.
Key Resources and Points of Contact
Changes are where the engineers are actively monitoring. Go there to leave your comments and reblog the main post. Tumblr Support Ticket: Document how this affects your safety (as reports are that people you can block may be able to circumvent the blocking), your health (visual triggers), and your creative right (note decoupling).

The Full Analysis & My Response Guides
The Main Breakdown: The Death of the Digital Ecosystem: Why Decoupling Notes Destroys Creator Credit: A deep dive into why this system incentivizes content theft and harms small creators.
The Health Perspective: Staff Addendum: Visual Noise as a Physical Barrier: Addressing how the cluttered UI triggers migraines and eye strain.
The Call to Arms: How to Contact Staff Effectively: A direct guide and template for sending your feedback to the decision-makers.
The Survival Guide: Protecting Your Creative Work in a Decoupled System: Strategies for maintaining your visibility and credit while the platform remains in this state.
Support Ticket Update: What Staff is Saying in Replies: Insights from my direct correspondence with Support regarding their redirection to the Changes blog.
Sustaining the Pressure
The most important thing to remember is that platform changes like this are often a war of attrition. Staff counts on the initial "outrage" dying down after a few days so they can proceed with their rollout. We cannot let that happen.
We need to continue putting pressure on Tumblr by sending in Feedback Tickets and consistently posting or reblogging our concerns for weeks and months to come. If this system is making the site physically painful for you to use, or if you find your work being cannibalized by larger blogs, report it every single time it happens. Consistency is our only leverage.
Make it clear that we aren't just "unhappy" with a new look. We are documenting a fundamental breakdown in platform safety, accessibility, and creator equity. Keep the tags active, keep the tickets flowing, and keep the conversation on the @changes post alive.
