Hi everyone, me & my familyβ my parents who are both in bad health (I am too TBH but not the point) and two senior cats β are currently homeless and just barely managing to keep ourselves in a hotel room after our long-time landlord sold the place and all but forced everyone out.
We have an apartment weβre looking to get in, but theyβre asking for an exorbitant amount of money, 3 months rent totaling to $5,400, and trying to reach it while also somehow being able to pay for the room ($115 a night) is damn near impossible-feeling.
I might add more details to this later, but for now Iβm just exhausted and in pain and stressing about finding a way to pay for the room in a few short hours.
Please, if you can help at all, any amount helps more than you know. Or, if you canβt donate, I totally understand, but please share this post so that hopefully someone who can help sees it.
