Approximately four (4) hours after asset 11-2725 returned from its most recent sortie, it was found bloodied, its tailhole agape, missing its sedative and and "reward" canisters, standing over a mangled corpse of what appeared to be a crewman.
The first two (2) issues could be safely disregarded as "training" or other such exercise with a designated handler, however, the third, is a flagrant violation of containment procedures, especially given the chain of events leading to such.
The fourth is inconsequential.
After a thorough investigation of maintenance logs, and surveillance footage of the maintainence bay itself, I witnessed a member of her maintenance crew, [NAME REDACTED], having its way with the asset as "revenge", accusing it of intentionally failing to save a fellow (human, non-hound) pilot.
I witnessed [NAME REDACTED] begin by lowering the asset via its chains, prior to forcibly removing aforementioned sedatives and stims via wrench, tearing holes in its flightsuit, and removing a significant amount of synthskin in the process, enraging said asset.
He proceeded to engage in forced sexual intercourse, leaving its genitalia (commonly referred to as a "gock" amongst similar assets and their handlers) sealed underneath its flightsuit, chastity cage in place.
Said crewman sodomized asset 11-2725 against its will, beating it while a wrench intermittently.
[NAME REDACTED] did climax in said asset prior to his death, moments after he pulled away, the asset broke free from its chains, proceeding to evicerate him.
I am not recommending any disciplinary actions, due to the death of said crewmate, however I am putting in an immediate reconditioning order for asset 11-2725, hounds are required to be amicable towards any attempts at intercourse from authorized parties.

I asked her if she saw its name, and she told me that it was labeled ‘H-17’. I never thought I’d say this, but, I do hope to see that Hound again.”
