This happened when I was in the first grade. My birthday was coming up and like any other kid in elementary school I wanted to bring in a treat for the entire class. My mom baked sugar cookies and instead of putting them in a container or on a tray, she stuffed them in a ziplock bag and put them in my backpack. This was a big mistake.

Fast forward to my birthday, it was the end of the day and the only thing left to do was for me to hand out my cookies. I search for the cookies in my backpack only to discover that they had been crushed. No whole cookie remained, just crumbs and a few small fragments.
