So I had a customer come in the other night and order a grande mocha. I asked him whether he wanted it iced or hot because you know we have to. And he goes, "Grande." I nodded and I asked again iced or hot. Dude this happend 8 FUCKING TIMES. and he literally screamed grande and I stoppled and looked at him and screamed back, "DO YOU WANT IT I.C.E.D. OR H.O.T." And he looked at me like I was stupid.
