For the past 8/9months I have been #single and honestly it's the been the best although it's so hard in a society where love is all around us such as adverts for dating sites trying to get us to sign up , and pages on social media telling us how to find #theone and how to tell if someone likes us why are we so desperate for someone to love us or why are we so desperate to be with someone and settle down or even find our soul mate , shouldn't we go back to a time where there was no dating apps and being single was normal maybe it was never normal but it wasn't a big deal as it is now , shouldn't we focus on us and treating ourselves right rather than leave it in the hands of another to treat us right , we should be taking ourselves out treating ourselves to that new outfit we love and wearing something because we like it not to impress another human if you want to walk around or pose in your birthday suit do it for yourself not for the satisfaction of another why are we so desperate to impress a possible #love interest. Don't be a sheep be your own person and be #happy on your own 💁🏻
