if u have not played a story of seasons (prev harvest moon) or rune factory game u got plenty of options
first if u dont know marvelous and natsume have their own versions of the game
pre split harvest moon is now story of seasons
natsume owns the name so they made their own harvest moon games starting in 2014
natsume's hm games are often uh.....not considered good
but even post split story of seasons can hit or miss as well
rune factory is/was a spin off of story of seasons but they dropped that from the title i think around 3 or 4? its basically farm sim but fantasy elements and more combat and a poor player character who bonked his head (only some of them have female characters playable) and forgot everything (games like mistria and sun haven are a bit more close to this imo)
u got over 30 story of seasons games to pick from, 7 rune factory games (i THINK), guardians of azuma which is....from my understanding a spin off of a spin off, innocent life, a futuristic spin off
and like....4 (i think a new one is coming out soon) post split harvest moon games if yall are that interested
from what ive seen a lot of people really like the gamecube, gba, ds, wii, 3ds eras of games the most but also shout out hm64 that is like THE popular one
for rune factory a lot of people really like 4 but not 5 (i love 3 they're all so funny)
most of the series have been on Nintendo consoles (sooometimes ps) while some newer ones are on more things like steam ect
