Excalibur isn’t meant to be terrifying. Names aren’t terrifying. At all.

But I will agree. Most humans are fragile. Most humans are soft.

I doubt that you are that grand, boy. It really sounds like you enjoy running your mouth more than anything. But then again, what teenager on the internet doesn’t like to keep droning on about their immense power.

You are certainly eccentric however. It's amusing if nothing else.

Calandra froze at the sudden question, staring into the drain of the sink she was washing her stained hands in. Her ruined suit jacket did nothing to hide all of its blood stains.

She turns with a smile, looking pleasant other than the smudge of blood on her cheek. It was going to take more than washing her hands and arms to get all of the blood off.

The exact details about the event mattered, but were not his to know. He stayed silent for a moment, a brief pause to better process the situation and how he perceived the strong woman before him. 

“I’m certainly not fine. I don’t know how anyone could be fine after doing something like that.” She smiles anyway, looking down to her arms. “I’d ask for a hug, but I’m a bit of a mess...”

If there was something that she hated about living in a mansion with all the service and paints and clay and anything she could ever want or need, it was the fact that it wasn’t free. She’d happily pay money instead of working like this.

HuMANS ARE NOT ADEQuATELY EQuIPPED WITH CHARACTERISTICS NECESSARY FOR ACCEPTABLE INTIMIDATION.  THEY ARE TOO SOFT. THEIR TEETH ARE DuLL. THEIR BONES ARE TOO BRITTLE. HuMANS ARE LAuGHABLY FRAGILE. IN COMPARISON TO FAR BETTER SPECIES. LIKE CHERuBS.
