Like a spiral staircase going down into a hole you can't see the bottom of even as you descend.
It's such a deep hole, it may take a while for you to reach the bottom.
And since you may be here a while, staring at the spiral
Spinning around and around
Spiraling down deeper and deeper
You should take your time and relax
No need to be tense while you stare
Just keep breathing deeply at your own pace as you continue
Just follow my words and let me help you unwind as you stare
Just continuing to picture the spiral in your mind as you read these words
Even when you scroll too far to see the spiral, it keeps spinning in your mind
It's so easy to relax your body as you stare
It's what you came here for right?
Just start by relaxing your toes.
Feeling them become so very heavy and relaxed
As if a warm, heavy blanket has been draped over them.
Feeling that warm heavy relaxation spread into your feet next.
Warm and heavy and relaxed as you follow the spiral deeper down into the hole
The blanket of warmth, heaviness, and relaxation just moving up your body
It just feels so good and warm
That lovely heavy blanket
Forcing the tension out like a gentle massage
As the spiral spins round
Spreading up over your thighs now
And then over your waist.
Your body becoming so hard to move as the relaxation spreads
But you don't need to move, just relax and let the pleasant feelings take hold
Filling you lungs and making them relax too
Finding your breaths are growing deeper and slower without you even realizing
Faster now, the more of you the blanket covers, the easier it spreads upwards
Each deep breath relaxing you more
As the relaxation spreads to your shoulders
All the way to your fingertips
But finding you can still move them to scroll up and down as you need
The warmth spreading up to your head now
That heavy warm pressure pushing you down
As the spiral draws you down with each spin around
And finally seeping into your mind
Making your mind heavy and relaxed
Making it hard to think properly
Don't worry about thinking
I'll handle the thinking for now
I just want to make you feel nice and relaxed
You don't need to worry about anything
Just let your thoughts spiral around and around
Even if the thoughts stay in your mind they're just spinning too fast
Too hard to hold onto them
Dropping down into trance for me now
Safe and warm in my trance
Your thoughts fading away
Leaving your mind blank and relaxed
Completely open to my words
Feeling a strong sense of happiness as you drop deeper for me
The deeper you go, the happier it makes you
The happier you become, the deeper you wish to go
Focus all of any of your remaining thoughts
My words are your thoughts now
You are blank and obedient
Sinking deeper into trance
You are a hypnotized slave
Or plaything, or doll, or whichever term feels right in that empty mind of yours
Because obeying just feels so good
Each command you obey, each bit of praise you earn
Floods that empty mind of yours with happiness and pleasure
Now pay close attention my slave
Whenever I, and only I, send you or say to you
You will drop right back into trance for me, so long as it is safe for you to do so at the time.
Thoughts spinning round and round
Dropping right back to this state
And when you do you will feel a massive surge of pleasure and happiness as a reward
