I decided to stop dieting and weighing myself over a year ago. It's one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I have wasted over ten years of my life being obsessed with what was going in my mouth, how much I weighed or didn't weigh and feeling inadequate if it wasn't perfect (it never was). Not only did my mental health suffer, but so did my dreams. What could I have done if I put that energy into cultivating my dreams instead of some bullshit idea that thin meant worthy? I don't know, but I can't waste anymore time not knowing. So I quit that shit and I'm very excited to see where it takes me.  Watch my video if you want to hear more about my experience!

This is the second time I have made these insanely delicious dark chocolate cookies by @jennysansouci. They are sooooo good and are also #glutenfree #sugarfree #dairyfree sweetened with honey, made with almond flour! She has the recipe on her website if you want it!

I am going to try this. I try really hard to be a positive person but there is always room for improvement. The ego sneaks up on you and before you know it, you're talking shit about someone. Annoyance is my weakness. If I feel annoyed I feel justified to vent my frustrations about people, but all that does is drag the situation out and involve people who don't need to be involved. It's gossip, really. I also find it really easy to just agree with people when they are venting in an effort to be "polite". All that does is lower everyone's vibe. This will be challenging! My first ever attempt at using watercolour. This was "copied" (hers is much much better obvi) from an awesome artist by the name of @anavictoriana. I used white ink over the clouds. #watercolor is challenging and fun! I can't wait to get better and learn some skilllzzzz.

#mandala I drew yesterday. I get obsessed with things, and doodling is my new rediscovered obsession. It's meditative. It also teaches me to let my perfectionism go. My marker bled on the bottom right and it took everything in me not to start over lol.
