‘The Goonies’ The doubloon coin from the movie is a specific coin included with One-Eyed Willy's map, important to deciphering the location of his treasure. Part of the movie was filmed on the gorgeous Cannon Beach by Haystack Rock, a 235-foot tall monolith, named for its shape.
