You just have to prove that you’re serious about making up for those mistakes to everyone else.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but even if you had stopped it you were still living a lie that would have had to come out one way or another. At least this way you were able to see the errors and fix them before it was too late.

I meant it...It wasn’t the easiest conclusion to come to but I believed that you wholeheartedly meant everything you said to me, you found the good conscience to pull that alarm in the end and that makes all the difference. 

I said that I forgave you Cliff, and I meant that.

Yeah it wasn’t exactly the easiest to swing this visit.

Well I’m glad to hear you haven’t managed to pick up any new injuries....

Yeah...I uh- it still hurts to breathe but it’s a lot better than it was.
