In this draw we see a recently converted vampire (Sanji) hiding in Usopp's hair. In this AU, vampires usually can't control this transformation well, it works more like an escape option that activates if they feel threatened or if they feel anxious.
Why is Sanji like that then? Does he feel anxious with Usopp? Nope, that's his bf, as i mentioned before he got transformed by Usopp not too long ago and he's nervous about how this affects his life.
He's now an officially Ex-monsterhunter, you can imagine the shock of becoming what u used to exterminate.
These two meet at one of Sanji's hunts.
Usopp was holding a meeting with the vampires around his state, claiming that they can live without actually killing humans, his idea is to create a blood donation system, the problem is that vampires are addicted to the fresh sensation that biting someone gives.
Sanji doesn't know that he's a good guy and kicks his ass, kidnaps him and almost kills him with Luffy's help (he's also a hunter). While Luffy is taking care of Usopp, he's with his phone and suddenly an ad pops in his screen, a giant pic of Usopp's face and the news of a vampire trying to solve all these attacks.
He quickly stops Luffy and lets him go.
After that, Sanji tries to help him, he's genuinely tired of his hunter job. The thing is, Usopp is basically traumatized with him and refuses at the beginning.
To shorten things (bcs we have been writing this AU for like 2 years 🕴️) Sanji gains his trust back and they end up dating.
Some funny things about this AU:
Luffy is Dragon's and Crocodile's son, they're a wealthy family.
Ace, Luffy and Sanji worked together as hunters before all this happened, Ace and Sanji were dating. A vampire killed Ace, after that Sanji fell into depression and Luffy went crazy, he wanted to annihilate all vampires he doesn't care if they're good or bad.
He also contracted Law after that to experiment with the live vampires they caught.
Luffy hates Usopp bcs he "took away" Sanji (he didn't take away anyone, they're still friends and Sanji just hated to be a hunter).
In a huff, he tried to kill him but Sanji intervened.
We aded Nami, Vivi, Zoro, Chopper (human, he's a kid) and A LOT more characters to this au, like, almost everyone is here 💀
This au was originally a Destiel fanfic that i write back in like 2015, we just adapted it to OP.
