Alastor get trapped in a “deal” with Charlie , now his soul belong to Charlie , but we know he will not just be that easy to take. 

I have a lot of ideas with this plot , i will give you some spoilers , Charlie stays in earth because “He does not know what he wants” and if he does not ask for anything why she could take his soul?.
