the "treat me like your pet" thing has a few interlocking dynamics that make it attractive to transfems. like the submissive kink pet play angle, the "I don't even want to leave your house" agoraphobic housewife angle, that can also dovetail with a disabled aspect, or of being disabled in multiple ways, ones that make it hard to approach the place of work of or of market, or ones that either make it hard to relate to other humans or hard to relate to yourself as a human (those might be the same thing for some people but different for others), the therian aspect of not feeling fully human so wanting new (to you) social dynamics like pet play or pet space... I feel like a lot of times when we take psychedelics it also encourages this "more girl than human" concept that some of the therian or post furry girls talk about in that they can encourage one (us) to feel more like a girl and less like a human at the same time. There's possibly nuances or depth to any of those I missed, or others.

The thing about people discouraging transition is that it's all of these incremental little "compromises" inching you back closer to cisheteronormative gender roles. And it's vital you don't try to bargain with them because they will never be satisfied until you're completely cis gender conforming. It's a trap kill them

"Don't medically transition" turns into "why can't you just be a gnc cis person" turns into "why can't you just present normaler" do not give the cis an inch
