As I wake up I notice the endless to do of the expected life I was programmed to be a part of, the hustle of the city and the "shoulds" of my generation. As I awake I allow myself to step back. I step back over and over again so that I can continue to stay in my dream. I foster my dreams by stepping into the space of lightness. I ask to be gentle, patient, and flexible with myself. I move with intention in what I do and I stay with compassion for myself and others. I come back to my heart to dream. I stay with my dream by taking actionable steps, using kind words for myself, staying present with how I am feeling, choosing to forgive myself, and being gentle with where I am. .
