These two went gambling, they won and lost, so afterwards, Tsunade decided to ask if they could go have something to eat that was sweet.

It ended up Hashirama took Tsuna to get her hair cut, so they washed and shampooed the Hokage's hair since he was there too... then shopping, letting Tsuna pick out what new robes she'd like if she saw any that caught her eye. Grandpa Hashirama even bought some hair ties for Tsunade, but she insisted they each get one, that way they were matching.

I have a headcanon that Hashirama's not so guilty food pleasure is Genmaicha ANYTHING.
