so pretty at sight

but so hurtful to touch.

You tell me I confuse you

when all you do, is hide the truth

I’m trying so hard but you don’t see

how I’m presenting my heart as an open book

rule over your body

like it exists for his pleasure

with miles of skin

and roads filled with life

Lust is not an excuse

for misbehaviour.

There are going to be (a lot of) times where you will take steps back or relaps into old behavioural patterns.

What makes it healing, is getting back on track. Looking forward. Accepting help. Moving on.

Not losing hope and motivation.
