NCIS - The Wood Dream About Gibbs
âLook at the man. If you havenât had the wood dream about Gibbs, you are not alive.â
Episode:Â âHome of the Braveâ (14x7)
I need this how to get away with murder rant. Sorry if you havenât watched season 6 yet. Just keep scrolling since I would feel guilty if I spoiled it for you.
First of all, from season 1 episode 1, Frank and Laurel have always been shipped together itâs one of the most intense on and off relationship of the whole series, and probably that Iâve seen in a tv show before. Bonnie instantly picked up on Franks little crush for Laurel when she told Frank to stop âscrewing the studentsâ and that for me symbolised that they had a previous history in a relationship since she said it in a jealous tone. Laurel cheated many of times throughout the series, but it was always with Frank, or it involved Frank. I donât think the writer couldâve made it more clear that they would spend the rest of their lives together, their love was so powerful it probably had everyone still reading this in tears constantly. Then, further in the series, we learnt that Bonnie and Frank had a history (which was obvious as it had been subtly hinted previously) and Sam made Frank end things between them years earlier. This for me was confusing since as we learn that Sam was actually Frankâs biological father and you would think that he would want his own son (especially being product of his and Hannahâs incest relationship when they were younger) to be happy with the person he loved. But we all know that Bonnie and Sam has a weird thing going on which was never really brought out more, so maybe he did it out of jealousy but masked it off as though Frank was bad for her and would hurt her, or whether he had both of their best interests at heart. But anyway, Frank and Laurel were literally the couple of the first 5 seasons even if Wes played an important role in her life for a short time before that, but then for in the final season for Frank and Bonnie to randomly end up together (which made me feel uncomfortable to be honest) upon Laurel going missing and them all finding out she planned it to give Christopher a good life, was unfair for viewers shipping flaurel throughout the whole series. And then the cheek of the writer to just allow Frank to die in Bonnieâs arms and for Bonnie to die in Annaliseâs arms and for Laurel to watch from the car and just drive off was a very dissapointing way for Frank and Laurel to end things, whether Christopher was with her or not. On a more positive note however, the show couldnât of ended better (except the Frank, Bonnie and Laurel part), I still think Frank and Bonnie shouldâve died together as they got the closure that everyone deserved but Laurel couldâve been a bigger part in his death she didnât get to say goodbye to him or one last kiss or anything like that. One thing though that I am grateful for is that they didnât kill Annalise off, it made me happy that she had a long life and died of natural causes, and everyone knew that Asher would turn on the Keating 5 eventually so that was also good closure for his character, and how Connor and Oliver didnât get divorced and they lived happily together and Michaela became a judge in Supreme Court and Alfred Enoch returned to play Christopher and he taught in law school in the same way Annalise did. It was just all so whole and everyone got their own little bit of closure. đĽş
