I'm imagining a world in which Emma decides to get one of those multi packs of elementary school valentines cards for everyone working with her on valentines day, just to be cute, but then making an extra special one for Joy...

only maybe it gets mixed up, and she gives the special one to like Ogilvie (eww, boo boo, tomato) and shenanigans ensue. Ogilvie takes it as real (something spilled on the card so Joy's name is blotted out) and he starts coming on to Emma, and Joy has to step up to save her from his advances.

At some point, Joy sees Ogilvie moving like a shark about to close in on Emma, and she grabs Emma's arm and drags her into the supply closet to hide and then Emma confesses to the mix up and what happened, and obviously Joy has to immediately kiss her after hearing that, because how could she not!
