its a new year so ive really set goals for myself. to not let my anxiety win to not let my depression drain me to the point where i dont leave my room for days. im ready to fight back and to bounce back like i know ive done before. im also planning to start therapy soon, which ive said before but it’s something im really pushing for the new year. healing is hard but its not impossible.
