Hi everyone I am here to say that I love Showgirl and this is my first album release being offline and just enjoying it myself and texting about it with friends and family and it has been such a LOVELY experience. I came online to check in and I just wanted to share that the negativity y'all are seeing and focusing on is truly soooo limited to these spaces and I highly highly highly recommend staying offline and enjoying things in your own way. i actually think taylor has some real vision in finding ways to get people to enjoy music releases in ways that get them out of their houses and off their little iphone screens in the year 2025 (and yes of course live performances also do this, but they only occur in one place). curious to see how she and others iterate on this idea in the future.

I am not saying this for brownie points as a fan because there is no right or wrong way to approach this, but I have quite literally not listened to Reputation at all since Taylor announced the re-recordings project, because I wanted to respect her and listen to only the versions she owned, and we always thought it might be coming soon.

When I tell you that listening to this album again after years away from it is like coming home in the best possible way... I love love love being a Swiftie.
