starting a new job at my university. im so scared to interact with my co workers. i just want to show them the real me, and maybe they'll like me... im tired of being the werido that never speaks. i just want to have courage... i fucking hate it here rn.

im always convinced that other people hate me....then I act in ways that make people aloof towards me.... then i complain about how everyone hates me.
