Things are getting worse and I can't tell anyone

How do you tell someone "I’m not ignoring you, I’m just disconnected from reality right now and the days are all blurred together and I feel completely apathetic towards everyone/everything around me so it's really hard for me to maintain a conversation" without saying that?

nobody talks about the fact that you can have all this crazy shit in your head, and want to open up and talk about your feelings but no matter what, you just can't make out the right words and properly put your thoughts and emotions into words

Nobody apologized for how they treated me they just blamed me for how I reacted

how do you reconnect to life after being disconnected for so long

I am such a burden to everyone around me.
